浅谈QM200GY越野摩托车后平叉焊接强度的提升 被引量:1

摘要 通过对6063、6061和日本7×××Zn系列铝合金材料试样进行拉力对比,选用材料6063(Mg+Si合金)经T6热处理后,强度有很大提高。铝合金MIG焊,焊接接头易出现焊缝成型差、裂纹、气孔、烧穿,未焊透、未熔合和夹渣等缺陷;而TIG焊是一种高效焊接方法,焊接时保护气体从焊枪的喷嘴中连续喷出,在电弧周围形成气体保护层隔绝空气,防止对钨极、熔池及邻近热影响区的有害影响,从而获得优质的焊缝。整改后的后平叉经过跌落试验能达到8500次左右,路试验证也较整改前有明显改善。 Based on the comparations of 6063, 6061 and Japanese 7 x x x Zn series aluminum alloy material specimen, the 6063' s (Mg+Si alloy) strength is greatly improved after heat treatment. For aluminum Mg welding, defects such as poor weld seam formation, cracks, air holes, burning-off, incomplete penetration, incomplete fusion and slag inclusion are often found with the weld joints. And for MIG welding, it is a highefficiency welding method with, when welding, the protective gas continuously injected out from the nozzle of the welding gun and forming a gas protection layer around the electric are for isolating air to prevent the tungsten, the molten bath and neighbouring heat-affected zone from harmful influences, thus obtaining optimum weld seams and the drop test of the improved rear flat fork can reach to 500 times. The road test shows it works much better than before.
