摘要
现代仿生学研究表明,许多动物经过长期的进化,其牙齿、爪趾和体表等部位逐步形成了优化的几何形状和优良的生物力学功能,使其在切削过程中能够获得最低的切削阻力及较高的使用寿命,这为切削工具的几何参数及力学性能的优化提供了仿生研究的基础。笔者综合介绍了基于动物牙齿、爪趾和体表的切削工具仿生研究现状,并在此基础上对该领域研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
Modem bionic research indicates that animal's teeth, claw and surface etc has formed optimal geometry and good function of biomechanical gradually after a long period of evolution, and that may obtain the lowest cutting resistance and high cutting life in the cutting process which the basis of bionic research is provided for cutting tool's geometric parameters and optimization of mechanical properties. Bionic research of cutting tools based on teeth, claw and animal surface are reviewed and their recent advances are given in this paper.
