摘要
盾构法是一项复杂的技术,在隧道施工中,通过位于盾构机最前端刀盘上刀具对前方的土体进行切削来完成掘进开挖的任务,因此盾构刀盘的强度设计十分重要。利用有限元软件ANSYS建立了盾构刀盘和刀具的有限元模型进行数值模拟,模拟了在不同工况及不同设计方案下刀盘和刀具的受力状态,包括:改变刀盘钢板的厚度、改变刀盘和牛腿之间的夹角以及在刀盘上施加偏载等。通过以上情况的模拟为盾构刀盘刀具优化结构设计提供参考依据。
Shield is a complex technology, in the process of tunnel construction, through the shield machine is located at the front of shield machine for cutting soil to complete the task of tunneling and excavation, so the strength design of shield cutter head is very important. The finite element model of cutter head and cutter using the finite element software ANSYS is established, and also set a static numerical simulation of cutter head. The stress in the cutter head and cutter is simulated in different conditions and different design options, such as change the thickness of cutter head, change the angle of cutter head and corbels and also the cutter head is imposed on the partial load, which will optimize the structure of cutter head.
