摘要 电站锅炉在点炉过程中会产生很大的排汽噪音污染。针对攀钢热电厂原排汽消声装置消声效果未达到环保要求的情况,依据节流降压型消声器的原理设计了复合式节流小孔喷注消声器,经测试其排汽噪音达到了《工业企业卫生噪音标准》的要求。 Exhaust noise will be produced during ignition of a boiler in a power station. Deafening effects of original exhaust deafeners of the power plant of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. could not meet the requirements of environment protec- tion. On the basis of the principles of throttle and pressure decreasing of deafeners, complex throttle injection deafeners with small apertures are designed. The exami- nation results show that exhaust noise of the deafeners can meet the requirements of the 'Sanitory Noise Standards of the Enterprises'.
