摘要
以沥青混凝土搅拌设备干燥筒点火控制系统为研究对象,采用MCS-51单片机控制。经过对控制部分的硬件、电路、系统软件的设计、接口分配、控制程序编写与调试以及对该控制方案在沥青混凝土搅拌设备上使用研究,结果表明:该控制系统具有性能可靠、精度高、响应速度快的特点,同时,能够很好地满足沥青混凝土搅拌设备干燥筒燃烧器点火系统控制的要求。
In this thesis, the control system of asphalt concrete mixing plant dry tube burner of ignition controller based on MCS -51 single -chip compute is researched. The control part of the hardware, circuits, software design are designed, interface allocation, control, programming and debugging as well as the control program in the use of asphalt concrete mixing equipment are researched which shows the control system of characteristics is reliable, high precision, fast response, and positioned to meet the asphalt concrete mixing equipment, drying tube burner ignition system control requirements is well.
