摘要
为了解决我国长期以来存在的种子玉米脱净率低、玉米碎芯较多的问题,介绍了一种包含新型挤搓式螺旋板齿脱粒装置和排芯口变刚度压板装置的玉米脱粒机的设计方法。该脱粒机的特点是脱净率高、破碎率低、玉米碎芯少,适应玉米籽粒含水率在13%-20%范围内,既适合普通玉米脱粒、也适合种子玉米脱粒。
In order to improve the threshing rate of seed corn and minimize the kernel damage, a design method of corn sheller with spiral board - teeth and discarding cob port of variable stiffness press - plate was proposed in this paper. The sheller threshing kernels by extruding & rubbing, which is capable of processing both common corn and seed corn. The advantages of the apparatus are a higher threshing performance and a lower percentage of kernel and cob damage. The equipment was adapted to shell corn ears with different moisture content from 13% to 20%.
