摘要
针对马铃薯垄作种植模式,采用先设定结构、尺寸参数进行三维造型设计,有限元法进行应力应变计算,最终确定科学合理的结构、尺寸参数的设计方法,设计了2LZF-2型垄作马铃薯中耕施肥机。并对中耕施肥机的结构、作业工艺和主要参数,主要部件的设计和关键部件的有限元分析进行了阐述。
According to the potato ridge culture growing patterns, firstly using the design method of setting structure size parameter, a 3D -modeling was made and using the finite element stress analysis, the scientific and reasonable structure dimensional parameters was finally determined. The 2LZF - 2 type ridge culture potato euhivator - Fertilizer was designed. The stueture, operating technics, the design of main parts and the key parts finite element analysis of the cultivator -fertilizer were elaborated in this paper.
