摘要
本文引入贸易品的技术密度,结合技术吸收能力,分析贸易的技术溢出对我国TFP增长的影响。结果显示:贸易品的技术密度与技术溢出效果正相关。进口品的R&D密集度越高,高技术品的净进口量越大,贸易的TFP增长效应越显著。而以人力资本衡量的技术吸收能力是这种效应产生的前提条件。因此,在提高贸易品技术密度的同时,增加教育投资,改善技术吸收能力,才能充分发挥贸易的技术溢出效应,促进生产率的增长。
Based on the skill intensity of trade goods and the capacity of technology absorption, this paper analyzes the effect of international R&D spillovers on the growth of total factor productiv- ity in China. The result shows that the spillovers effect positively relates to the skill intensity of trade goods. The higher the R&D intensity of imports is and the more the high-skill-intensive goods are imported, the larger the TFP growth effect of international trade will be. And this effect must base on the technology absorption capacity which is measured by human capital level. Therefore, to maximize the trade spillover effect and promote TFP growth, no only the skill intensity of trading goods should be raised, but also the education investment for human capital level should be increased.
