摘要
采用不同浓度CuSO4对翠菊从播种到开花之前的地上、下部分的生长情况进行分析。结果表明:施用过CuSO4溶液的翠菊生长力均有不同程度的增加,CuSO4溶液间接地促进了新叶的萌发,提高了翠菊发育的速度,施用过CuSO4溶液的翠菊根系质量有明显的增加,盘根现象减轻,同时侧根数量的增加,地上部分生长加速,器官体积比对照体积大。
In this paper, one-year-old container seedlings aster plant material of Callistephus chinensis for experiments, by means of observation from sowing to flowering aster of the growth process before an analysis of the ground on the aster, the next part of the growth of a detailed observational study, to do some planting containers and some research. The experimental results show that: CuSO4 solution applied over the growth of Callistephus chinensis the aster force increased in varying degrees, CuSO4 solution indirectly promote the germination of a new leaf, improve the speed of development of the aster, CuSO4 solution applied over the quality of the aster has obvious roots the increase in packing situation to reduce the number of lateral roots at the same time makes the root of the area to absorb nutrients increased, the direct cause of the situation on the ground are part of the acceleration of growth, organ size, to a large volume compared to normal. Experiment can be reached through: CuSO4 solution of the aster can have an impact on the growth of the root system of Callistephus chinensis, so as to effectively inhibit aster potted containers at the packing situation.
