摘要
研究了10、15、20、25、30℃5个温度对彩叶草种子萌发生理特性的作用。结果表明:10、15℃下,彩叶草种子未见发芽,而20、25、30℃培养后,其发芽率,发芽势和发芽指数均表现出随温度升高而升高的趋势。30℃与20℃及25℃与20℃之间的发芽率有显著差异(P<0.05),而30℃与25℃之间的发芽率差异不显著;30℃与25℃及30℃与20℃之间的发芽势和发芽指数表现出显著差异(P<0.05),而20℃与25℃之间的发芽势和发芽指数差异不显著。
Physiological characteristic of seed germination of 10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃ and 30℃ treatments in Coleus blumer Benth was studied.The results showed that no seed germinated at 10℃ and 15℃,and the germinative rate,germinative energy and germinative index rised along with the temperature rised from 20℃ to 30℃.The germinative rate had significiant different between 20℃ and 30℃,or 20℃ and 30℃,but no significant different between 25℃ and 30℃.The germinative energy and germinative index had significant between 30℃ and 25℃,or between 30℃ and 20℃,but no significant different in its.
