摘要
运用消失模铸造工艺在设计上的自由度优势,进行了柴油发动机铸铁件排气管和气缸盖连体式消失模铸件的结构工艺设计与试生产,取得了阶段性的成果。并对铸造成形工艺过程中存在的铸件渗漏、粘砂、气孔、开裂以及铸件变形等问题进行了分析,并采取了相应的改进措施。
Using the advantage of lost foam casting technology on design, the integral casting technology for exhaust pipe and cylinder head was designed and the pilot was carried out. The casting defects such as leakage, burning-on, blowhole, cracking and deformation, etc. were analyzed and some measures were adopted.
