蚯蚓粪缓解大棚黄瓜连作障碍的研究 被引量:40

摘要 采用室内盆栽的方法,通过向大棚连作土壤中添加蚯蚓粪来解除黄瓜连作障碍。结果表明:蚯蚓粪可以显著改善大棚连作土壤中黄瓜幼苗的生长,提高其根际土壤的肥力,可明显减轻大棚黄瓜土壤的连作障碍问题。蚯蚓粪处理的黄瓜幼苗的株高显著高于对照,其提高率在17.7%~34.4%;而其地上部干重比对照提高了12.5%~26.7%。黄瓜根际土壤可培养微生物的变化亦比较显著。添加蚯蚓粪的处理可培养细菌、真菌、放线菌,其数量随黄瓜幼苗培养时间延长而减少,但是细菌/真菌(B/F)比值呈现增加趋势,表明经过蚯蚓粪处理的黄瓜连作土壤肥力提高。 Effect of earthworm manure on cucumber seedling growth and microbial communities were investigated as they grown in continuous cropping soil from plastic greenhouse under pot experiment. The results showed that the stimulated cucumber seedling growth, especially plant height, dry weight of shoot and so on. The height of cucumber grown in continuous cropping soil with were higher 17.7%, 31.3% and 34. 4% than that of cucumber without , respectively. The dry weight of cucumber of treatments were more 12. 5%, 14. 8% and 26.7% than that of cucumber without, respectively. The more proportion in continuous cropping soil, the more dry weight of cucumber shoot. The quantity of culturable microbe in rhizosphere of cucumber seedlings was detected in this experiment. The populations of bacteria and actinomyces in continuous cropping soil without were decreased with plant growth, while the population of fungi in soil was increased with plant growth. And the ratio of bacteria population to fungi population in soil of CK was decline with plant growth. On the contrary, the ratio of bacteria population to fungi population in soil with application was rise with plant growth. It was indicated that the cow manure can improve continuous cropping soil fertility.
