薄氏腹针配合挂针疗法治疗面瘫66例临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Bo's Abdominal Acupuncture Combined with Facial Acuouncture for Facial Palsy:An Observation of 66 Cases

目的:观察薄氏腹针配合挂针疗法治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法:采用薄氏腹针配合挂针疗法治疗66例面瘫患者。结果:治疗后愈显率男性患者为83.8%,女性患者为86.2%,总有效率均为100%,男女性别的临床疗效比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后愈显率风寒袭络型为87.0%,风热袭络型为89.5%,风痰阻络型为84.6%,气虚血瘀型为72.7%,总有效率均为100%。4组证型间比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:薄氏腹针配合挂针疗法治疗面瘫临床效果显著。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Bo' s abdominal acupuncture combined with facial acupuncture for facial palsy.Methods:Sixty - six facial palsy patients were given the therapies of Bo's abdominal acupuncture combined with facial acupuncture.Results:The markedly effective rate was 83.8%for the male and 86.2%for the female,and the total effective rate arrived to 100%,the difference of therapeutic effect being insignificant between the male and the female(P>0.0 5). The markedly effective rate was 87.0%for the syndrome of wind -cold attacking the collaterals,89.5%for the syndrome of wind - heat attacking the collaterals, 84.6%for the syndrome of wind -phlegm blocking the collaterals,and 72.7%for the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis,the difference being insignificant between the four syndrome patterns(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bo' s abdominal acupuncture combined with facial acupuncture exerts certain effect for the treatment of facial palsy.
