东海县县乡医疗机构消毒和灭菌质量监测结果分析

Surveillance of quality of disinfection and sterilization in county and township medical institutions of Donghai County

目的了解东海县县乡医疗机构消毒和灭菌现状,为卫生监督提供科学依据,以减少医疗机构内消毒不严而引起的交叉感染。方法依据《消毒技术规范》(卫生部2002年版)对全县26个医疗机构进行监测。结果依据《医院消毒卫生标准》(GB15982-1995)判定,2008年4月份共采集标本892份,空气质量合格率为27.80%,灭菌物品的合格率为58.75%,医护人员手、工作台面合格率为65.19%,消毒剂合格率为98.13%,总合格率为61.43%。结论东海县县乡医疗机构消毒及灭菌质量不理想,建议加强全县医疗机构相关人员的业务培训,进一步加大监督力度。

Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization in country and township medical institution of Donghai County in order to provide a scientific evidence for health inspection and reducing the crossinfection. Methods Twenty-six medical institutions were monitored based on the＂Technical standard for disinfection＂ （2002 edition of the Ministry of Health）. Results Based on the＂Hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals＂, 892 samples were collected in April, 2008, and the passing rate of the quality of the air was 27.80 %, the passing rate of sterilization of the items was 58.75%, the passing rate of healthcare workers＇ hands and work-tables was 65.19%, the passing rate of disinfection was 98. 13%, and the total passing rate was 61.43%. Conclusions The quality of disinfection and sterilization in medical institutions in Donghai County is not satisfactory, and the training for personnel in medical institutions and supervision should be strengthened.
