从社会支持的定义、社会支持的测量、职业认同感的定义、护士职业认同相关概念、社会支持对护士职业价值观的影响、社会支持对护士职业态度的影响、社会支持对护理职业满意度的影响方面进行了阐述。
It expounded the definition and measure of social support,the definition of professional self-identity,related concepts of professional self-identity of nurses.It introduced the influence of social support on professional value of nurses,the influence of social support on professional attitude of nurses,and influence of social support on nursing job satisfaction of nurses.
