康复期戒毒者生活质量及其社会支持的相关性研究

Study on relativity between quality of life and social support of drug addicts in rehabilitation period

[目的]研究康复期戒毒者的生活质量及其社会支持的相关性。[方法]应用药物成瘾者生活质量测定量表(QOL-DA)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对133例强制戒毒所内的康复期戒毒者进行调查。[结果]康复期戒毒者QOL-DA中躯体功能、心理功能、症状/副反应和社会功能4个维度及生活质量总分与以往的研究比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),其生活质量较低。社会支持总分、客观支持、主观支持及支持利用度与生活质量总分及其4个维度呈正相关。滥用毒品方式、入戒毒所时间、戒毒次数、年龄与生活质量相关。[结论]为提高强制戒毒所内康复期戒毒者的生活质量,应对滥用毒品时间较长、入戒毒所时间较短、戒毒次数较多、年龄较大的戒毒者给予更多的关注,并且应充分调动这类人群的社会支持系统。

Objective：To study the relativity between quality of life and social support of drug addicts in rehabilitation period.Methods：using QOLDA and social support assessment scale （SSRS） to investigate the 133 drug addicts in forcing drug rehabilitation center in rehabilitation period.Results：Comparing with previous research,the four dimensions including physiological,psychological,symptom adverse reaction and social function and total score of quality of life were not significantly different （P〉0.05）,the quality of life of drug addicts at present was poorer.Total score of social support,objective support,subjective support and support availability were positive correlation with total score of quality of life and its four dimensions.The styles of abusing narcotics,time in drug rehabilitation center,alerting narcotics times and age were related with quality of life.Conclusion：To enhance the quality of life of drug addicts in rehabilitation period in forcing drug rehabilitation center,we should pay more attention to the drug addicts who had abused narcotics for long time,entered in the drug rehabilitation center before long,and the times of alerting narcotics were more and who were older,and should activate the social support system of them thoroughly.
