摘要
[目的]通过综合疗法融入团体、个体辅导的方式减轻焦虑及躯体症状,提高护生的健康水平。[方法]使用学生基本资料调查表、Sarason考试焦虑量表、考试应激躯体症状问卷在连续两次期末考试期间对护理专业一年级8个班女性护生进行调查,筛选出存在中度及重度焦虑且有躯体症状的护生69人,随机分为两组,对照组不予任何干预措施,实验组实施团体干预及个体辅导,在期末考试期间再次进行调查。[结果]两组干预后焦虑、躯体症状评分差异有统计学意义;实验组干预前后焦虑、躯体症状评分差异有统计学意义。[结论]综合疗法融入团体、个体辅导方式可有效缓解护生焦虑及躯体症状。
Objective:Through comprehensive therapy Integrated group and individual counselling to reduce the anxiety and somatization and enhance health level of student nurses.Methods:The girl student nurses in 8 classes in undergraduate course first grade were investigated during terminal examinations continual two times by using student basic document questionnaire,Sarason exam anxiety scale,exam stress somatization questionnaire,and 69 student nurses with moderate and severe anxiety and somatization were screened out,and were divided into control group and experimental group;control group cases were not given any intervention,group intervention and individual counselling were carried out for experimental group,and they were investigated again during terminal examinations.Results:There was statistical significant difference in anxiety and somatization score between both groups after intervention;and there was statistical significant difference in anxiety and somatization score in experimental group between before and after intervention.Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy Integrated group and individual counseling can effective relieve student nurses' anxiety and somatization.
