种子流通企业社会资本对其绩效影响的实证研究——以湖北省150家县(市)级种子流通企业为例被引量：9

摘要本文以湖北省150家县(市)级种子流通企业为研究对象,运用结构方程模型实证分析种子流通企业社会资本对其绩效的影响。研究显示,种子流通企业渠道社会资本、环境社会资本和市场社会资本对其经济绩效有显著正向影响;渠道社会资本对种子流通企业满意度有显著影响;内部社会资本对其经济绩效和满意度的影响均不显著。
