冷战结束后,中亚独特而重要的地缘政治经济价值开始显现,并日益成为各大国和地区力量博弈的焦点。大国利益的交织加剧了中亚地区形势的复杂化,给中国带来了利害攸关的政治、经济和安全影响。构筑新时期中国的中亚地区新战略,积极地采取有效的战略举措成为当务之急。当前,中国的中亚战略实施方向应着眼于与中亚国家继续培育政治互信,深化经济、安全合作,扩展公共外交,营造中亚"和谐地区",为中国的和平发展提供强有力的保障。

Central Asia has been the focus of international politics since the Cold War because of its unique and important geo- political and economic values.The struggle of great powers over this area greatly affects China’s national security.Today,China should formulate its new Central Asia’s policy emphasizing mutual political trust,economic and security cooperation,and public diplomacy.The harmonious Central Asia will provide a strong impetus for China＇s peaceful development.
