工程招投标与合同管理课程是近年来随着国家经济建设和建筑市场的发展,以及建筑法、合同法、招投标法、等一系列相关法规的颁布和实施而产生的一门跨越工程技术与经济领域的新兴学科,该课程的培养目标是面向工程管理方向的技术与经济复合型应用型人才。针对该培养方案中工程技术类课程门类繁多,内容广泛而教学时数有限,教学效果欠佳这一突出问题,文章提出通过创新教学方法和改革教学手段来提高该课程的教学质量及授课效果。

Project bidding and contract management course is set up due to the economic construction of the country, the development of construction market in recent years, and a series of relevant laws and regulations including the construction law, contract law, and tendering law. It is an interdisciplinary course covering engineering technology and economics. Its goal is training application-oriented talents specialized in project management. Because of its varied and extensive teaching contents and limited teaching hours, we must promote the adoption of innovative teaching methods and means of teaching reform to improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.
