摘要
少数民族学生和经济受资助学生是高校学生中的特殊群体,因民族文化的独特性或家庭经济困难,使其在就业竞争力上处于相对弱势,如何推动这些学生就业成为当前社会各界关注的焦点。文章针对高校特殊群体学生的就业特征,以科学发展观为指导,从学生自身、学校、社会三方面入手,提升其就业竞争力。
Minority students and students who are financially supported by the government and enterprises are special students in universities. Different culture backgrounds and financial problems in their family weaken their employment competence in some extent. The society and the government focused on how to increase their employment rate nowadays. We studied the employment characteristics of special students, and presented methods from several aspects, including the students themselves, university, and the society, to increase their employment rate based on the scientific development view.
