博弈技术在高校知识管理中的应用

Application of game theory to knowledge management in institutions of higher learning

作为知识社会新的管理方式,知识管理有助于提高我国高校的综合竞争力。文章运用博弈论的方法,分析了高校知识管理中的隐性知识共享问题,指出教师间的长期合作和相互信任是合作的重要基础,并提出了相应的改善隐性知识共享的策略。

As a new management pattern in the knowledge society, knowledge management helps to upgrade competition for our country＇s institutions of higher learning. This paper, using game theory, discusses the shared problems of recessive knowledge on knowledge management in our higher education, puts forward that cooperation and trust among teachers is the foundation, then points out the strategies for improving sharing recessive knowledge.
