摘要
分析了叶片材料机械性能的概率分布和疲劳强度影响参数的概率分布,提出了叶片抗疲劳损伤强度的概念,建立了汽轮机叶片疲劳损伤累积的概率模型和汽轮机叶片的疲劳可靠性分析方法。最后,给出了680mm叶片的算例。
Abstract The probability distributions of material mechanical properties and the fatigue strength in fluence factors are analyzed in this paper. By the concept of fatigue damage resitance strength, the probability model of steam turbine blade fatigue damage accumulation and fatigue reliability analysis method are set up. An example of 680mm blade is given. Tables 4 and refs 6.
