摘要
指出了现今电站锅炉并联管组单相流体流量偏差计算的标准方法存在计算误差的原因。通过建立更接近真实的物理模型,研究了电站锅炉集箱端部轴向引入引出方式下并联管组系统单相流体的流动特性。理论推导获得了典型集箱连接系统,包括H型、J型、倒J型、U型、Z型、L型、倒L型的并联管组单相流体流动特性解的统一表达式。该文的工作还为准确计算上述各类并联管组单相流体的流量偏差,提供了有效的理论方法。
Abstract This paper points out the causes that bring more calculating errors of the existing normal calculting methods of the single phase fluid flow deflections for header parallel tubes of power station boilers. Building more near actual physical models, this paper studies the single phase fluid flow characteristics of he header connecting systems which inlets and outlets are at the ends of header axial direction of power station boilers. By the theoretical deduction, the unified solution formulas of the single phase fluid flow characteristics of parallel tubes connecting systems of including type H, J, over J , U, Z , L, over L are given. This paper's work also gave a kind of effective theortical method for accurately calculating the single phase fluid flow deflections above these systems. Fig 1, table 1 and refs 6.
