摘要
结合振动筛实际作业工况,用MATLAB对振动筛及筛面上物料的运动进行了分析、编程和运算,基于运算所得数据与结果,对振动筛以及筛面上物料的运动轨迹进行了仿真输出,产生由传统的计算方法和分析手段难以产生的精确、快速和直观的效果,为计算和分析提供了一种有效手段。
Considering the actual working conditions of the vibrating screen, the movement of the vibrating screen and the materials on its screen surface was analyzed, programmed and calculated by MATLAB software, and the moving paths of them were also simulated based on the calculating data and results. It is revealed that this approach is more accurate, rapid and visualized than the traditional calculating and analytical methods, which provides an effective means for calculation and analysis.
