摘要
论述实现武汉城市圈统筹城乡就业,应以劳务品牌为重要抓手,推进农村剩余劳动力有效转移。首先对劳务品牌的内涵和作用进行阐述,然后结合实例分析武汉城市圈劳务品牌的发展现状和存在的主要问题,在此基础上提出打造武汉城市圈劳务品牌的具体措施。
The realization of Wuhan City Circle urban and rural employment, should be important to handle services brand, and promote the effective transfer of rural surplus labor force. In this paper, the meaning of labor and the role of the brand are described, combined with case study of Wuhan City Circle service brands and the development of the main problems. On this based the specific measures, of building the brand in Wuhan city circle cabor are proposed.
