供者年龄>50岁的亲属活体供肾移植

Living related renal transplantation with donors over 50-year-old

目的探讨供者年龄>50岁亲属活体供肾移植的供者安全性及移植效果。方法行亲属活体供肾移植者107例,按照供者年龄分为两组,>50岁者为研究组(45例)、≤50岁者为对照组(62例)。结果供肾及肾移植手术均成功。两组供者术前及术后1周、1个月、12个月血肌酐(Scr)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、并发症相比,P均>0.05。两组术后1、3、5、8 a人/肾存活率相比,P均>0.05。结论年龄>50岁亲属活体供肾移植供者安全性及移植效果均较满意。

Objective To explore the safety and graft effect of living related renal transplantation with donors over 50- year-old. Methods 107 eases of living related donor kidney transplantation were divided in 2 groups ： 〉 50 years group （45 eases） and ≤50 years group（62 cases）. Results Both kidney donation and renal transplantation operations were all successful. There were no significant difference in two groups in Set, GFR and eomplieations between the donor groups at pre-operation and 1 week, 1 month, 1 a after operation（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The renal function of all donors was normal. There were no significant difference in two groups in 1,3,5,8 a recipient/graft survival rate（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The transplantations performed from the donors over 50-year-old is safety and effectiveness.
