摘要
目的建立黄枳胶囊质量控制的方法。方法采用薄层色谱法(thin layer chromatography,TLC)对方中大黄、火麻仁、枳实和白芍进行定性研究;并采用TLC法测定大黄素含量。结果大黄素在0.0400.200μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.99917,平均回收率为98.29%,RSD=0.47%。结论TLC法简便、专属性强,可准确测定黄枳胶囊中大黄素含量。
Objective To establish a method for the quality control of Huangzhi Capsules. Methods Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Semen Cannabis, Fructus Aurantii immaturus and Radix Paeoniae Alba were identified by thin layer chromatography (TLC), and the content of emodin was determined by TLC. Results The content of emodin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0. 040 to 0. 200 μg (r=0. 999 17). The average recovery was 98. 29%, and RSD was 0.47%. Conclusion The TLC for identification was simple and special,it can accurately determine the content of emodin in Huangzhi Capsules.
