经尿道等离子电切术治疗良性前列腺增生70例 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极汽化电切术(PKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法对70例良性前列腺增生患者行PKRP术,观察术中输血情况、手术操作时间、是否发生经尿道电切综合征(TURS)、术后的国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、最大尿流率等指标。结果手术时间30~150min。术中切除前列腺增生组织35~90g。术中有2例患者包膜穿孔,未出现TURS。术中及术后输血300~800mL6例。术后3个月的IPSS、QOL评分较术前明显降低,最大尿流率均较术前增加。结论PKRP治疗良性前列腺增生具有安全性高、并发症少、疗效好的优点。
