心理干预对精神分裂症患者家属心理障碍的影响

The role of psychotherapeutic intervention for schizophrenia patients' family member with psychological obstacle

目的:探讨心理干预对精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪、抑郁状态的作用。方法:对100名精神分裂症患者家属随机分成干预组和对照组,根据其焦虑、抑郁症状给予心理干预,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评其干预前后的症状变化。结果:心理干预后评定分值较干预前下降,干预后焦虑、抑郁症状减轻。结论:焦虑和抑郁情绪是精神分裂症患者家属不可忽视的心理问题,应引起大家的关注。心理干预能够明显改善焦虑、抑郁症状。

Objective- To explore the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic intervention for anxious feeling and depressive state of families of patients with sehizophrenia. Methods： 100 schizoids family members were divided into intervention group and control group randomly. According to degree of anxiety and depression, psychotherapeutic intervention were given. Then all the patients were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） before and after psychother- apeutic intervention. Results： After treatment, the scores of SAS and SDS in intervention group were lower than before, The symptoms of anxiety and depression were relieved. Conclusion： Anxiety and depression are important psychological problems that we mustn＇t ignore. Psyehotherapeutic intervention can obviously lessen anxiety and depression symptoms of schizoids＇ family members.
