重庆市部分大学生性健康知识、行为与态度的调查分析

Survey on sexual health knowledge,sexual behavior and attitude of some university students in Chongqing

目的了解大学生的性健康知识、行为及态度的现状,为开展性健康教育和行为干预提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取大学在校本科学生共958名,采用现场匿名自填方式进行问卷调查。结果性生理知识方面,女生正确率高于男生;避孕知识方面,男生正确率高于女生;7.4%学生与其异性伙伴曾有过性行为;对婚前性行为持肯定态度的学生占34.3%;在性健康教育中,学生关注的前3位内容依次为性自我保护与性道德观(72.2%)、性保健知识(68.4%)、怀孕避孕的知识(66.5%)。结论应该重视和加强大学生的性健康知识教育及性道德、性观念教育。

Objective To understand the sexual health knowledge,sexual behavior and sexual attitude of the university students, and to provide a basis for carrying out a sexual health education for the act of intervening. Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method to take 958 undergraduates as objects of study, and using the anonymous way to write the questionnaire survey. Results On sex physiological knowledge, the correct rate of girl was higher than that of boy;on contraceptive knowledge, the correct rate of boy was higher than that of girl; 7.4% of students had sex behavior with their heterosexual friends;on the positive pre marital sex behavior accounted for 34.3 percent of students;in sexual health education, students concerned about the contents of the top three as followed： sexual self-protection and sexual morality accounted for 72.2%, the knowledge of sexual health is 68.4 %, the knowledge of pregnancy and contraception accounted for 66.5%. Conclusion Students should attach importance to knowledge of sexual health education, and strengthen the knowledge of sexual morality, sexual concepts.
