摘要
用填充柱气相色谱法测定了鸡胚蛋食品中维生素 E,方法简便、快速,重现性好,最低检出浓度为94μg/L.
Vitamin E in chick embryo food is determined with gas chromatography. This method possesses simplicity, convenience, high speed and good reappearance. The lowest inspection consistency is 94μg/L.
