摘要
当前我国物流企业众多,很多物流企业认识到企业文化建设的重要性。但是在企业文化建设的具体实施中存在着认识简单化,规划不明,流于形式等不少问题,这种状况对于企业今后发展会有很多不利影响,针对这些问题,可以从全员管理,制度建设,严格考核,加强细节管理等各个方面进行处理。
There are lots of logistics enterprises in China now. Many of them have realized the importance of the enterprise culture. However some problems come forth in the process of the culture being brought into effect.Such as the understanding of the enterprise culture is simplification, the programming is not clear and formalization etc. These problems will be harm to the future development of the enterprises. To solve the problems, we can make valuation and full participation of the enterprise, adopt the measure of standard management and rigid assessment and so on.
