德尔菲法探讨物流企业效益度量指标体系

The Study of Logistics Enterprises Benefit Measure Norm with Delphi Method

目前,企业运作的不规范已经成为制约我国物流业健康发展的瓶颈,为此,有必要从效益度量的层面针对物流企业的运营管理提出指导性的规范要求,促进物流企业的规范发展,促进我国物流产业的有序发展。文中将德尔菲法和层次分析法两种度量方法进行融合,根据两者的特点取其长、避其短,构建了一套全新的财务与非财务指标相结合的物流企业效益指标度量体系,试图对企业效益做出更加科学客观的度量。

At present, the non-standardized operation of enterprises has become a constraint to the healthy development of China＇s logistics industry.So it is necessary for the operation and management to provide guiding regulatory requirements from the measured level of efficiency in logistics enterprises ,to promote the normative development of logistics enterprises,＇and to promote the orderly development of the logistics industry in China. Aaccording to the advantages and disadvantages of Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process evaluation systems,the author integrate them into a new system of logistics efficiency evaluating by combining both financial and non-financial index, and attempts to make more scientific and objective enterprise effectiveness evaluation.
