Jin-ling-tong Transports Cards system ,steadily and security developed for almost ten years, is one of the highest in the country. We discuss the necessities and advantages of its appliance in Campus Cards System constructions. Also we discuss its saving investnlent, integration of society resources and the needs of social lives, and so on. At last, proposals for registered cards application and project execution are provided.
