摘要
本实验根据中心法则，用放线菌素D抑制新mRNA转录而研究γ射线对长寿命mRNA的生理生化功能的影响，得出γ射线抑制新转录mRNA的生长效应而促进预存mRNA的生长效应。
The effect of γ-ray on the thysio-biochemical characters of longlived mRNA is studied according to the central dogma. It is conluded that γ-ray inhibits the growth effect of newly tran scripted mRNA but stimulates that of existed mRNA.
