摘要 建立了邻二氮菲-Fe3+法测定L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐含量的计算模型,吸光度与含量间的关系为y10 842.1x,方差R0.999 0;通过正交试验优化了L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐的合成工艺条件,经SPSS软件统计分析结果表明,L-半胱氨酸盐酸盐合成的优化条件为:反应时间4 h、HCl浓度4 mol/L、反应温度80℃,产品收率高达99.51%,比文献收率提高了9.5%。 Synthesis method and measure method of L - cysteine hyolrochloride were summarized briefly, computational model for L - cysteine hyolrochloride was built with o - phenanthroline - Fe^3+, relational expression of absorbency and content for L - cysteine hyolrochloride is y = 10 842. lx, and its variance is 0. 999 0; The synthesis technology conditions of L - cysteine hyolrochloride were optimized by orthogonal test, the data was statistical analyzed by SPSS, and the results showed that optimization conditions of L - cysteine hyolrochloride: reaction time 4 h, concentration of hydrochloric acid 4 tool/L, reaction temperature 80℃, the yield was 99.51%, it was improved by 9.5% than literature.
