摘要
甘油氯化制备二氯丙醇过程中会有副产物产生,通过分析二氯丙醇精馏釜余物的组成发现,高沸点物质主要是己二酸酯类,采用酯交换、水解、氢化还原3种方法进行处理,结果发现Pd/C催化加氢效果最好,己二酸的收率92.57%,二氯丙醇的收率78.53%。
Subsidiary products are made in producing dichloropropanol by chlorinating of glycerol. We find the high -boiling products are esters of adipate by analyzing the rectification residue of dichloropropanol. They can be disposed in the following ways: transester/fication, hydrolysis and hydrogenation. The results show that Pd/C reduction is the best way, and the respective yield of adipate and dichloropropanol are 92.33% and 78.53%.
