摘要
目的观察β受体阻滞剂富马酸比索洛尔对原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者糖代谢的影响。方法将79例血糖控制良好的高血压合并糖尿病的患者随机分为卡托普利组(75mg/d,n=38)和比索洛尔组(5.0mg/d,n=41),半量治疗4周后能耐受者增加至目标剂量,随访4周。分别于研究开始、治疗8周时测定糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和血压等指标。结果治疗8周后比索洛尔组和卡托普利组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖和血压等指标间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论比索洛尔在有效降压的同时对糖代谢无不良影响。
Objective To observe the effect of bisoprolol on sugar metabolism in patient with essential hypertension and diabetes. Methods 79 patients with essential hypertension and diabetes were randomly assigned to receive captopril 75mg/ d ( n = 38 ), bisoprolol 5. 0mg/d ( n = 41 ) for 4 weeks, followed by fitrating to the maximum recommended doses for another 4 weeks. The primary endpoint was the difference of mean sitting blood pressure and relevant index of sugar metabolism at baseline and week 8. Restflts At week 8, the difference between indexes of glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, 2 - hr plasma glucose and blood pressure in bisoprolol and enalapril group have no statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion Bisoprolol can lower blood pressure effectively without adverse effects on sugar metabolism.
