摘要
本文采用胶体金免疫层析技术成功建立了玉米细菌性枯萎病菌试纸条快速检测法。条件优化后的试纸条用于玉米细菌性枯萎病菌的检测,方法的检测限为106cfu/mL,其灵敏度与双抗夹心ELISA检测方法相当;交叉试验结果表明,该试纸条对玉米细菌性枯萎病菌有良好的特异性。本方法可作为玉米细菌性枯萎病菌日常监测的现场筛查手段,具有简便、快速、成本低廉、便于普及等优点,对保障我国农产品安全具有重要的现实意义。
A colloidal gold-based immunochromatographic strip was developed for the detection of Erwinia stewartii subsp.stewartii.The detection limit of the strip was 106cfu/mL.The sensitivity was similar to the double antibodies sandwich ELISA.No cross-reaction with the other strains was found,indicating good specificity of this strip.As a rapid and convenient method for the detection Erwinia stewartii subsp.Stewartii,the development of immunochromatographic strip has practical significance for agricultural and food safety.
