摘要 采用国际通用的SAS统计分析软件编制检疫处理药剂毒力测定的计算机程序。以硫酰氟熏蒸杀灭蜚蠊的毒力测定计算为例,在SAS统计软件平台上运行编写的程序,以Bliss法计算LC50、95%可信限,并绘制"剂量对数—几率值直线"等图形。硫酰氟熏蒸杀灭蜚蠊的LC50值=4.35 g/m3,95%可信限为3.17g/m35.29 g/m3。采用SAS统计软件进行毒力测定数据分析,计算简便、快速、准确。 Computer programs of toxicity testing of pesticide for quarantine treatment were developed based on Statistical Analysis System,and were used for toxicity testing of sulfuryl fluoride against B.germanica.Bliss method was used for calculating LC50 and 95% C.I.and a series of figures including LD-P line were drafted.The LC50 of sulfuryl fluoride against B.germanica equaled to 4.35 g/m3 with its 95% C.I.,ranging from 3.17 to 5.29 g/m3.It is an effective,rapid and simple method for the toxicity testing of pesticide for quarantine treatment on Statistical Analysis System.
