学风与考风体现了一所大学的精神内涵,反映出学校整体目标实现的动力和学生的价值趋向。考试制度与考风建设是学风建设的基础,学风建设是考风建设的根本。改革考试方式与考试制度是教育教学改革的重要内容。可以通过完善管理制度、实施双导师制、简化课程考试评卷工作程序、实行教考分离、严肃考场纪律等途径重塑新疆高校考风,进而建设优良学风。

Study and test tendency not only show the intension, but also display the whole target and students value trend of a university. As a teacher, the author combines well the approval of her university develop quickly, the program research of teach reform, according to a survey of study and test tendency of her university by questionnaire, she analyzes and thinks about these problems carefully and comes un with some suggestion about it.
