A Class of the Mark Methods with Tower Panalty in Group Decision Making

对于群体决策问题，本文给出一类基于塔形惩罚的评分排序方法，并且验证了该方法类对应的群体偏差映射满足偏差公理的情况．此外，还讨论了方法类的几种典型的特例．

In this paper, a class of mark sequencing methods with tower panalty are given in group decision making, and group preference - deviation mapping corresponding to the methods are verified to satisfy all preference - deviation axioms. Moreover, some typical spacial cases of the methods are discussed.
