维新派在思想传播过程中利用报刊的自觉——以黄遵宪的活动为考察中心

Reformers Thinking of the Conscious Use of Newspapers in the Process of the Dissemination——Huang's Activities in the Center of the Study

戊戌维新时期,维新派自觉利用报刊的功用,使其成为推进维新改革运动的有力工具,在思想启蒙、倡导民权和配合新政的举办等方面发挥了重要作用。黄遵宪是维新报刊中影响最大的《时务报》的重要发起人,与湖南《湘学报》、《湘报》的创办也密切相关,他的办报实践与思想在维新启蒙运动中有着重要的地位。

In the period of WuXu Reform Movement, reformers consciously made use of the function of newspapers to promote the reform. It played an important pole in enlighting the general public, advocating civil rights and coping with the new deals. Huang Zunxian was a major sponsor of ShiWu Newspaper which had great in- fluence on the reform. And he was closely related to Xiangxue Newspaper and Xiang Newspaper. His newspa- per practice and enlightenment thoughts were very important in the reform.
