摘要
基于圆管的管板单面点焊过程中的大焊接变形,建立了轴对称有限元模型。通过热、电、力耦合分析,研究了管板单面点焊的熔核形成过程、熔核特点和焊接变形过程,与试验对比,验证了模型的有效性,为焊接质量的监控提供理论依据。
Aiming at the large welding deformation in sheet to cylindrical tube single-sided spot welding, the axisymmetric finite element model is established in this paper. Through the electrical-thermal-mechanical coupled analysis, the weld nugget forming process and characteristics, and the welding deformation process are investigated. Compared with the experiment results, the validity of the model is verified. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the control of the welding quality.
