摘要
随着上海城市建设的快速发展,如何控制深大基坑开挖卸载对周边环境的影响,保护坑边建筑设施,已经成为非常迫切而重要的课题。目前,隔离桩在深基坑相邻建筑保护的工程实践中得到了一定的应用,但缺乏可靠系统的理论分析研究。本文在数值分析的基础上,对隔离桩的作用机理、桩长取值以及隔离桩结构形式选择等进行了分析研究,并给出了隔离桩桩长、结构形式等对隔离桩实践效果的影响规律。最后本文结合了上海地区几个深基坑工程实践,分析评价了隔离桩在坑边建筑保护工程中的实践效果。
As the rapid development of urban construction in Shanghai, the control of the environmental influence caused by the deep excavation, and the protection of the buildings near deep excavation, has became more and more important. At present, the partition wall is applied in some building protection projects near deep excavation. However, the theoretical research on partition wall is not systematic. In this paper, based on the numerical analysis, the partition mechanism, the selection of the pile length and structure style are discussed and analyzed, and relation between the partition effect and pile length and structure style is obtained. Finally, through some building protection projects near deep excavation in Shanghai, the actual results in practice of the partition wall is analyzed.
