金融危机下高职毕业生就业现状的成因及对策研究

Cause and Countermeasures of Employment Situation of Higher Vocational Colleges under Financial Crisis

席卷全球的金融危机对高职毕业生就业造成诸多的不利影响,使得当前就业形势非常严峻。面对高职毕业生就业难的困惑,本文通过对金融危机背景下的高职院校毕业生就业现状的成因进行了分析,提出了高职院校毕业生就业的对策,给高职院校的毕业生就业提供借鉴。

The world -sweeping global financial crisis has had great iniluence on the employment ot graduares of higher vocational colleges. Considering the confusion of employment difficulty of higher vocational graduates, this thesis analyses the causes of employment situation of higher vocational colleges under financial crisis, puts forward some relevant countermeasures for them and hopes to offer some reference for employment in higher vocational education.
