摘要
我国的外语教学投入大,效果差。究其原因,教师质量不过关是根本。研究表明,加强教师的专业发展是保证教师队伍质量的有效途径。高职院校的蓬勃发展对教师从数量到质量上都提出了严格要求,本文立足于高职院校外语教师的师源分析,从教师知识结构和个人认识层面入手,力图找到影响外语教师专业发展的主要因素,从而对教师的可持续发展起到一定的推动作用。
A large sum of time, money and energy have been spent on Chinese foreign languages but the fact is few students benefited from it and acquired the skills to communicate successfully in a education, foreign language, which leads to lots of criticism from all sides. The reason is simple ; we do not have enough qualified teachers. Scholars have mentioned it is an effective way to improve the teachers'professional development. The boom of higher technical and vocational education makes it necessary and urgent to get more qualified teachers. The author tries to analyze their educational background and personal awareness of foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges, to explore the fundamental problems that influence the teachers'professional development, and to find a way to improve those teachers' teaching ability to meet the need of their sustainable development and make Chinese foreign language education more effectively.
