摘要 针对当前现状下人们对能够实现个性化营养评估并提供营养配餐保障服务的迫切需求问题,设计实现一个基于Web的个性化智能营养评估保障系统。在对当前营养配餐软件或系统现状研究的基础上,结合对各类人群营养标准的深入调研及对数据库应用系统的理论和实践研究。设计实现了基于Web的个性化智能营养评估保障系统,该系统主要由个性化能量消耗模型创建、个性化营养评估、个性化营养推荐等功能模块组成。系统测试表明,基于Web的个性化智能营养评估保障系统能够有效地提供针对特定个体的营养评估和配餐保障功能。 In order to satisfy the urgent demands of clients for nutritional assessment and guarantee system and nutritional catering ser vices,aimed to design and implement a web - based personalized intelligent nutritional assessment and guarantee system. Based on the present statement of the nutritional catering software or the research of this kind of system,combine with the study of nutritional standards for various types of groups and the study of theory & practical study of database application system. A web- based personalized intelligent nutritional assesmaent and guarantee system was implemented, this system consists of several function modules such as the creating of the customized energy-eonsunaing model, nutritional assessment and nutritional recommendation. System testing shows that the web-based personalized intelligent nutritional assessment and guarantee system can provide nutritional assessment and catering guarantee function for specific individuals effectively.
