After historic and analytic review of development,internal & external connections with outside of Qianyanzhou Mode in Taihe county,Jiangxi province,this paper diagnostically anatomized the personnel management,production structure,scientific experiment organization within Qianyanzhou mode,and lastly put forward were several key issues to be counterseasured on its extension outward into other places.
